Asian Arts at Freeman's

After a highly successful Asian Arts auction in April totaling $1.06 million in sales. Freeman's is excited to invite consignments of collections or single items, concentrating on Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian and southeast Asian fine and decorative arts for our September 9 auction. The markets remain robust for fine furniture, paintings, bronze and stone sculpture, porcelains and ceramics, and works of art in jade, bamboo, wood and glass, as well as fine textiles.

-Mark and period porcelains, monochrome ceramics (Qing dynasty and earlier), as well as Rebuplication examples

-huanghuali and zitan furniture
-lacquered and mother of pearl-inlaid furniture (19th century and earlier) 

Southeast Asian (Thai, Burmese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Indonesian):
-Paintings, furniture, decorative arts (19th century and earlier)

-Khmer sculpture

-Indian and Gandharan sculpture and decorative arts (19th century and earlier)
