Partially obscured hallmarks likely for Feodor Rückert, Moscow, 1896-1908

The body decorated with foliate and floral motifs, and lobed sections depicting swans, the handles of bird form, with eyes, beak, and plumage, also decorate with foliate motifs, engraved to underside, "W.S.G./ 1812-1903," marked at lower rim.
