A Thai bronze head and torso of a Buddha
15th Century
The Buddha gazes serenely downwards from almond shaped eyes and high, arched brows, the full lips in a gentle smile, ears with long, pendulous lobes frame his narrow face, a thin band separates the face from the neat rows of curls of hair, partial ushnisha rises from the crown of the head.
