The hand-sewn cotton stars of 5 different sizes arranged in a 'Grand Luminary' pattern with the apex of star of each point being a 'Shooting Star,' on a three-part wool bunting canton, hand-sewn wool bunitng stripes, self header with whip-sewn grommets, mounted on a felt-covered hinged panel.
