A German Baroque Silver Covered Cup
Probably Regensburg, 17th century

The cup chased with foliage and flowers, the cover surmounted by gilt swan. The underside of the cup stamped, marks rubbed, including a maker's mark of an entwined V and S, the number '3,' and crossed keys resembling the city mark for Regensburg.
