Provenance: Property Deaccessioned by the Mount Vernon Ladies' Association.
Bequest of Miss Martha G.B. Clapp of Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1931. It was inherited by Miss Clapp through her grandfather, Mr. Moses Baldwin, of New Haven, Connecticut.
