Illustrated limp wrappers, split; contemporary owner’s signature on front wrapper. 3. Kissing Time London, etc., no date (1919). 4to. (4), 147, (1) (ads) pp. Vocal score. Stiff printed wrappers, bottom two inches of spine perished; signature of Ivan Caryll rubber-stamped on title-page. In a green fall-down-back box. 4. Kissing Time London, May 20, 1919. Program from the original 1919 production at the Winter Garden Theatre which was also the first production put on at that theatre. 5. Hibbert, Henry George The Growth of a Great Enterprise: An Impression of Grossmith and Laurillard London, May 20, 1919. Different program than above but also related to the opening of both the theatre as well as Kissing Time.
