Artist Biography

Born in Perry, Oklahoma in 1945, Peed received his BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute in 1969 and his MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1971. In 1979 Peed completed a residency at the Kohler Arts Center in Sheboygan, WI. Peed taught ceramics at the Montana State University School of Art for over 20 years. His works range in medium from ceramics to painting, drawing, and sculpture.
