MS. indenture, in a secretarial hand, between John Dickinson and Hugh McDowell, granting the latter Dickinson's "House & Plantation" in Mispillion Hundred, Kent County, Delaware, and signed by Dickinson at bottom; wax seals intact; document inlaid; creasing from original folds; further MS. on verso transferring land to a William Harper, dated 1787.
