Iron displays overall age-appropriate patina with no apparent damage or repair. Patina to iron ranges from a dark grey along shade to a dark brown and black along arms and support, with some thin accumulations of dust and grime consistent with age. Mica shade, presumed original, trimmed with copper, in good condition with no punctures or apparent losses. A few scratches to exterior of mica, and area approximately 3" in diameter where mica is lightly impressed, possibly from warping, but not brittle or cracking. A dollop of what appears to be plaster has transferred to the inside of shade. Shade present overall very nicely. Older rewiring with replaced sockets, pull chains, and electric cord. Lamp is in good working order.
