All from Description de l'Égypte, Antiquities, (Paris: Imprimerie imperiale, ca. 1809-29), each mounted, framed, and glazed; comprising: 'Denderah (Tentyris), Vue perspective de la façade du portique du Grand Temple,' pl. 29, Vol. IV; 'Thèbes. Medynet-Abou,' pl. 5 and 6, Vol. II; 'Île de Philæ.' pl. 10 and 23, Vol. I. Scattered foxing and tidemarks in each. Each unexamined out of frame.

A handsome suite of five engravings extracted from the monumental French publication Description de l'Égypte.... Originally published in installments between 1809-29, Description de l'Égypte was the first comprehensive scientific study of ancient and modern Egypt, and the at the time was the largest printed work ever produced.
