Los Angeles, California, 1972. Two carbon typescript sheets, each 11 x 8 1/2 (279 x 216 mm); single-spaced, typed on rectos only; stapled top left corner. Signed and dated by Bukowski in blue ink at bottom of second sheet ("Charles Bukowski/March 29, 1972"); two corrections in his hand on first sheet; Bukowski's typed Los Angeles address at top left corner. Contemporary creasing.
A seemingly unpublished poem by Bukowski.
2. skin coloring
(Los Angeles, California, 1976. Two carbon typescript sheets, each 11 x 8 1/2 (279 x 216 mm); single-spaced, typed on rectos only; stapled top left corner. Boldly signed and dated by Bukowski at bottom of second sheet ("Charles Bukowski/1-2?, 1976"), with a large original color doodle of a man holding a flower below same; with an additional crossed out signature on same. Creasing and light soiling on each sheet.
Published in Back to the Machinegun, Manuscripts Volume 2, 1975-1977, p. 138 (2014), and based on a similar carbon copy.

Group of 11 carbon typescript poems, presumably sent to the literary magazine Slowglass (Montclair State College, New Jersey: Colorama Press, 1973), including loosely loosely (2 pp.); The Arcade Room (2 pp.); all about; it will come on padded feet carrying roses, wine and the yellow pages in its mouth; burned; something about a cat; she lost weight; the shooting of the sperm and the shooting up with love is only a partial process; Vegetables; the copulation blues; fetish. Includes two short typed letters, with large black and white illustrations by Bukowski, each signed "Buk", ca. 1973; some poems with corrections, presumably in Bukowski's hand. Scattered creasing and light soiling to each sheet.

(2006), and Back to the Machinegun, Manuscripts Volume 1, 1959-1974 (2011). burned first appeared in Burning in Water Drowing in Flame (Black Sparrow Press, 1974), and the shooting of the sperm and the shooting up with love is only a partial process and fetish are seemingly unpublished. it will come on padded feet carrying roses, wine and the yellow pages in its mouth and something about a cat, were republished in Back to the Machinegun, Manuscripts Volume 1, 1959-1974, based on different copies of carbon typescripts.
