Boris E. Efimov (1900-2008) was one of the most popular and successful political cartoonists of the Soviet era, producing numerous images like the above, many of which were favorites among front line Soviet soldiers.

Deaccessioned by the Valentine Museum to benefit collections care, preservation, and future acquisitions.
