The exterior finely painted with a continuous scene of a mounted warrior approaching a terrace where scholars are playing weiqi, a meiren looking on, a scholar and deer to their right, trees and rockwork, above a register of peonies and rockwork, the shoulder with ruyi lappets and floral scrolls.
