Partially-printed shareholder's certificate, issued to American physician and Pennsylvania delegate to the Continental Congress, David Jackson (1747-1801); signed by Samuel Coates, Jr. (1748-1830), as treasurer; elaborate paper seal intact. Creasing from original folds, restored.
