If you are considering selling your items, Freeman’s makes it easy to request a free and confidential auction estimate through our website. Our knowledgeable specialists can review a single item or an entire collection and are always welcoming consignments of fine art, jewelry, design, decorative arts, books, and more.

Submit clear color photographs and relevant information about the object/s via our online request form.

Once your item has been determined suitable for auction at Freeman’s, a specialist will contact you to discuss pre-sale estimates, sale details, and commission structure.


Selling at Auction



A Consignment Agreement outlining sale terms and conditions will be emailed to you to review, sign, and return.



Freeman’s can assist in arranging for the transportation of your property to our 1600 West Girard Avenue location in advance of the consignment deadline. For more information, visit our Shipping page or download our list of preferred shippers here


Our experienced specialists will oversee the cataloguing, photographing, and marketing of your property, keeping you updated at every step of the process.



Sale Day and Payment


On sale day, you can attend the auction in-person or watch the sale online via Freeman’s Live.

After the auction, you will be informed of the result and will receive payment 35 days later, equivalent to the hammer price minus any agreed upon seller's fees.
