Overview

As a part of our growth strategy Freeman’s is searching for enthusiastic, knowledgeable  and hard-working candidates who will assist the Company achieve its goals and objectives.   

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

• Primary responsibility for developing / expanding your department’s consignment getting activities.

• Oversee exhibitions and actively participate in the auctions.

• Liaise with Marketing department and senior specialists to promote sales & develop/maintain a departmental database and assist with business development efforts.

• Develop & maintain a Philadelphia region client base by insuring they receive the highest level of customer service.

• Some travel required

Work Environment

• Fast paced team environment working in our Philadelphia offices.
• Primarily working in an office setting, but with frequent movement between our office, saleroom and warehouse locations within Philadelphia.
• May include working in various offsite client locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the specialist department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
